A newly proposed Canadian terrorism bill is raising some eyebrows among environmental groups. A document entitled “Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Assessment,” that was obtained by [Greenpeace](http://m.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/anti-petroleum-movement-a-growing-security-threat-to-canada-rcmp-say/article23019252/?service=mobile&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=Referrer:+Social+Network+/+Media&utm_campaign=Shared+Web+Article+Links), classifies anyone concerned about climate change as a potential “anti-petroleum extremist.”

As such, these individuals or groups could be referred to a newly empowered [Canadian Security Intelligence Service](https://www.csis.gc.ca/index-en.php) (CSIS) under the auspices of activities “that undermine the security of Canada,” particularly with respect to “critical infrastructure.”
