In an unprecedented ballad of traditional song, instruments and rap, Mr. Armstrong uses his musical talents, as a world-class instrumentalist, singer and songwriter to say "enough". Below are the song lyrics: Marching from the horizon Come the army and the guns On a people who spend their lives Bettering their sons Day after day They're kept in the dark Dedication abused For a waring cause A friend of mine chips away for gold Risking herself for guns and lives sold People preach what they see and forget what they hear Turn on your TV and let yourself disappear Dear friend from the land of the free My life is cut short for a degree And I know a friend who's worked to death to gain holes in coats And find minerals worth less than gold Put your guns down put your hands and do it yourself I'm tired for working for nothing but hate I'm kept in the dark everyday, I ain't getting no pay I'm just a kid, when you gonna let me play? What's the abuse for it ain't fair The country's collapsing and you don't understand Raise hope for the Congo That's what the theme of this rhyme goes So take a stand, I beg you to do whatever you can To get freedom to the Congo land Yeah I said take a stand And let's bring freedom to the Congo land A friend of mine chips away for gold Risking herself for guns and lives sold People preach what they see and forget what they hear Turn on your TV and let yourself disappear A friend of mine chips away for gold Risking herself for guns and lives sold People preach what they see and forget what they hear Turn on your TV and let yourself disappear [Click here,](http://www.sourceintelligence.com) to learn more about conflict minerals and conflict free sourcing. ### Additional Media #### Audios 1.
