Comcast NBCUniversal is proud to be recognized on Fast Company’s 2021 ‘[Best Workplaces for Innovators](https://www.fastcompany.com/best-workplaces-for-innovators/2021)’ list for the first time this year. It is an honor to be named one of the top companies that fosters an entrepreneurial culture that empowers employees to think, work, and create in new ways.

Fast Company, in partnership with Accenture, identifies and ranks 100 companies based on the role that innovation plays in their culture and operations. Finalists are reviewed by a group of judges consisting of Fast Company’s editor-in-chief, Accenture’s chief technology and innovation officer, renowned business leaders, and notable innovators.

Our company is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that has helped us grow into a global leader in media and technology.
