 # CNH Industrial México Launches Employee Garden Project

The [CNH Industrial](https://www.cnhindustrial.com/en-us/Pages/homepage.aspx) manufacturing facility in Querétaro recently launched an employee garden project. The [CNH de México](http://www.cnhmexico.com.mx/) team was looking at ways to bring employees together and promote environmental awareness and sustainability.

The vegetables grown in the employee garden will be used in the company’s cafeteria. The idea is that eventually most of the vegetables prepared there will come from the garden. The employees have planted a variety of vegetables including radishes, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, chili peppers, chard and lettuce; some of which are ready to be harvested soon.

So far, the vegetable garden project has been a huge success among employees. It’s a great way to connect with coworkers while being engaged in a rewarding activity.
