[Great Place to Work®](https://www.greatplacetowork.com/), a global leading institute in workplace culture assessment and recognition, has named [CNH Industrial China](https://www.cnhindustrial.com/en-us/Pages/homepage.aspx) (wholly owned entities) as one of the ‘[Best Workplaces in Greater China™](https://www.greatplacetowork.cn/)’. Certification is determined via a twofold assessment, a Trust Index© employee survey measuring employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust, and a Culture Audit© questionnaire submitted by the Company outlining its current practices and policies. To be considered eligible for the Best Workplaces in Greater China™ List, companies must score above a threshold of 70% in the overall result of the Trust Index© employee survey and meet other standard requirements and the Culture Audit© assessment. CNH Industrial China’s key strengths included promoting a culture of inclusivity as well as enabling employees to work in multi-national teams from diverse backgrounds. It was noted that the Company also fosters a sense of belonging in the workplace, alongside with the recognition that employees take pride in their collective accomplishments and are willing to go above and beyond to support their teams.
