 # CNH Industrial Brazil Recognized With AB Diversity Award

For the third consecutive year, [CNH Industrial's](https://www.cnhindustrial.com/en-us/Pages/homepage.aspx) team in Brazil received the AB Diversity Award for its diversity and inclusion efforts. The award is conferred jointly by MHD Consultoria and Automotive Business, a Brazilian publishing house, and given in recognition of companies whose initiatives and outcomes foster internal diversity and inclusion while also generating a positive impact on the automotive industry.

The Company was recognized in the category "Gender - Best Leadership Indicators Set" for the number of women in leadership positions in the workforce. The award reflects CNH Industrial's efforts to promote a more diverse work environment, with respect for differences and equal opportunities.

Vilmar Fistarol, CNH Industrial General Manager South America stressed the significance of a diverse working environment, "Diverse companies have a more collaborative environment with a better organizational climate, less turnover, more room for creativity and promote more innovation - something that is in CNH Industrial's DNA. It's also proven to have a direct impact on financial performance and long-term value creation."
