The implementation of this pillar in our day-to-day was one of the key factors to have been designated "A Great Place to Work" in the top ten of the Great Place to Work Institute, which placed us sixth in the ranking of companies with more than 5,000 employees, and in the second place among the financial sector institutions. "In Banorte, Corporate Social Responsibility is an important part of our business strategy," said Mayra Hernandez and Jose Luis Corona, mentioning that the challenges to overcome to remain one of the best places to work are among the most important is the involvement of senior management of Banorte-Ixe in CSR activities, promoting a culture of trust and consistency, act with perseverance and consistency when there is resistance to change, and a good communication strategy and change management.
