To recognize and reward the educators who inspire us every day, Coach teamed up again with [Soles4Souls](https://www.linkedin.com/company/soles4souls-inc-/) to surprise 1,500 teachers with shopping experiences last month as part of Teacher Appreciation Week. They created pop-up shops across four cities in the US, and over 160 Coach store team members volunteered to help the teachers ‘shop’ and style various Coach product – all at no cost to them. Beyond product, what made our Teacher Appreciation events extra special is the involvement of our Coach Cares field volunteers. From our spirit teams who welcomed guests with cheer and rounds of applause and Coach personal shoppers giving styling and functionality tips, to our checkout crew providing the educators with a shopping bag and personalized thank you notes - a little personal touch went a long way! Following the Chicago event, one educator shared that, “When I arrived, I was overwhelmed by the welcome of the Coach personnel. Their demonstration of gratitude and generosity had me in tears.
