During the month of August, we’re highlighting the voices of Black-led and Black-benefitting nonprofit partners. ![](https://www.3blmedia.com/sites/www.3blmedia.com/files/Black_Philanthropy_Banner_1-01.png) Officially founded in 1986, 100 Black Men of America is currently the nation’s leading mentoring organization led by African Americans. Their mission is to educate and prepare young Black men as they enter the workforce and start their professional journey.
