CECP´s [Global Exchange](http://cecp.co/home/our-coalition/the-global-exchange/) continues to expand its global footprint to unite country-based, mission-driven corporate engagement organizations to advance business as a force for good around the world. CECP is excited to welcome three new local authorities to the coalition; [Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía](https://www.cemefi.org/) (Cemefi) in Mexico, [Fundación SERES](https://www.fundacionseres.org/Paginas/en/Mission-and-lines-of-action.aspx) in Spain, and [United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia](http://www.ungcmalaysia.org/) (GCMY). With these three new local authorities, the 13 participating organizations – each a Global Exchange Local Authority in their respective country – represent 64% of the world’s GDP and 50% of global population.

**Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía (Mexico)**

Cemefi is a nonprofit member association based in Mexico City and founded in 1988. Cemefi has over 1,500 members that include businesses and corporate foundations, non-profit organizations, and individuals. The organization also introduced and developed Business Social Responsibility Standards and a Social Responsibility Badge that has expanded throughout Latin America. In 2017, more than 1500 corporations obtained the badge.

“Cemefi´s mission is *to foster and enhance the culture of philanthropy and social responsibility,” said **Romina Farías, Capacity Building Coordinator at Cemefi***. “Partnering with CECP’s Global Exchange is an excellent opportunity for Cemefi to advance our mission at home in Mexico and abroad.”

**Fundación SERES (Spain)**

SERES Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Madrid, promotes the engagement of companies in improving society with responsible actions aligned with the company's strategy and generating value for all. Today, SERES Foundation brings together 140 companies that represent 70% of the IBEX 35 and 30% of Spain’s GDP. The aim of the Foundation is to promote the social actions of companies and to transform business reality to build a better and healthier society and a stronger company. SERES strives to promote individual and collective learning, encouraging more and better social action, solving real social problems and creating value for companies.

“SERES transforms business reality to achieve a better society. We promote the role of the company in the improvement of social reality and favor individual and collective learning,” said **Lucila García, Executive Director of Fundación SERES**. “CECP’s Global Exchange is a powerful lever for SERES’ to take our commitment to share knowledge and provide tools that facilitate the deep integration of social impact in corporate strategy to a global audience.”

**United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia (GCMY)**

GCMY was launched in 2008 and is based in Kuala Lumpur. It is under charter to the UN Global Compact Office in New York. GCMY is part of a globally-connected network of experts. The organization helps companies practice and promote sustainability by mapping, aligning and delivering locally for the global agenda. Additionally, they raise awareness about Sustainability to business, government, and citizens and guide their members and stakeholders in developing and presenting their corporate sustainability story and how they contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“As the Malaysian Local Authority affiliated with the Global Exchange, GCMY will be able to guide large companies in advancing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and contribute to the dialogue by leveraging this platform”, said **Puvan J Selvanathan, President, GCMY**. “Our goal is to work in tandem with the local authorities and empower corporations to be a force for good in society.”

The Global Exchange is a formal forum for CECP’s international representatives to share information and peer learning; exchange insights and research, and leverage a shared public voice on how companies can be a force for good in society.
