According to Black Enterprise, this exclusive roster consists of leading professionals who drive innovation, productivity, and profitability by ensuring diversity permeates all parts of their company, from the workforce and supply chain up to leadership and governance. Camille’s time with Whirlpool Corporation began in 2016, but her commitment to diversity and inclusion in personnel began long before. She said so herself, “My ultimate vision is to create a culture where all employees can bring their full and authentic selves to work and reach their full potential, so that Whirlpool Corporation can win.” A recognition ceremony was held on June 8 during the 23rd Annual Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Summit.
