Merck has been recognized by Black Enterprise magazine for its commitment to developing a culture that promote inclusion.

*Black Enterprise*, in partnership with The Executive Leadership Council, released its listing of the **[50 Best Companies for Diversity](https://www.blackenterprise.com/companiesdiversity2018/)**. The list is also featured in the publication's November/December 2018 issue, which focuses on diversity and inclusion in corporate America. This year's list recognizes the value of the link between diversity and engagement, which is driven by corporate leadership.
