For the first time, Baker Tilly is recognized on Forbes' list of [America's Best Employers for Women](https://www.forbes.com/lists/best-employers-women/). This prestigious accolade reflects our firm’s unwavering commitment to creating an environment where inclusivity and support for women thrive.

A crucial component to this success is the dedicated effort around our GROW initiative, which focuses on the growth and retention of women.
