The award was presented at the association’s annual conference in Tucson, Arizona on September 28. The award is based on the creativity and collaboration demonstrated through Arrow’s longstanding collaboration with the Festival, as reflected through the [Five Years Out Art Challenge](http://community.arrow.com/arts/) and the novel and engaging street routines by the performance troupe [Handsome Little Devils](http://handsomelittledevils.com/). The Five Years Out Art Challenge is a competitive, juried art competition that inspires artists from around the world to take the concept of innovation and express what Arrow’s Five Years Out brand promise looks like in an artistic medium. Artwork from the Challenge winner and finalists is displayed at the Festival each year before becoming a part of Arrow’s permanent art collection, displayed in Arrow offices around the world, including the company’s Colorado headquarters building. In 2016. Arrow expanded its sponsored programming at the Festival by adding comedic and theatric street performances by the performance group Handsome Little Devils. In addition to performing, the troupe runs an educational outreach program featuring instruction in juggling, dancing, physical comedy and circus arts, as well as specialty programs teaching life and job skills for at-risk youth.
