 # Alliance Data Black History Month Employee Spotlight: Nicole Blackwell

This week, we continue to partner with our African American Resource Group (AARG) in spotlighting associates at Alliance Data who are making important contributions to our business in observance of Black History Month.  
  
Nicole Blackwell, Knowledge Management Associate Analyst, has been with Alliance Data for almost five years. Nicole is an advocate for process improvement and continually contributes to the organizations' performance by noting changes within the organization and adapting and assisting others with the change management process. Her career ambitions have led her to pursue a Doctor of Management degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership, always seeking out the why in business processes and maintaining an active involvement with the BRGs and Alliance Data's Global Philanthropy Council.
