Aida Prima is fitted in all passenger and crew areas, on a total area of nearly 64,000 square meters, with eco-friendly and recyclable carpeting the company Brintons. , the British company Brintons, including purveyor of the English royal family, manufactures its rugs that come to Aida Prima used , for the most part they are made ​​of sheep's wool from natural and renewable resources. In addition, the rugs meet the strict standards of the Green Label Plus program of the Carpet and Rug Institute \*.

However, the eco-friendly manufacturing is only one side of the coin. If the carpets have completed their first life cycle on board Aida Prima, they are taken back by Brintons under an exclusive Take Back program. This program will be further developed, so that the used carpets throughout the AIDA fleet be reused after their exchange and come as carpet underlay to use. For the environment, this is a big step, because thousands of tons of carpet will no longer be simply disposed of after use, but further utilized and instead recycled into other circuits. An essential part of the environmental strategy of AIDA Cruises is to use resources efficiently and wherever possible to use such products that can be attributed to their use in technical or biological cycles.
