 # 100 Companies Sign Call to Action Against Corruption

Today marks a major milestone in the fight against corruption, as the UN Global Compact's *[Call to Action: Anti-Corruption and the Global Development Agenda](http://unglobalcompact.org/Issues/transparency_anticorruption/call_to_action_post2015.html)* reached [100 business signatories](http://unglobalcompact.org/docs/issues_doc/Anti-Corruption/Call_to_Action_Global_Development_Agenda_Signatories.pdf).

The *Call to Action -* which is supported by the [UN Global Compact](http://www.unglobalcompact.org/), the [UN Office on Drugs and Crime](http://www.unodc.org/),[Transparency International](http://www.transparency.org/), the [Open Contracting Initiative](http://www.open-contracting.org/), the [World Bank Institute](http://wbi.worldbank.org/) and the [Global Organization of Parlamentarians against Corruptio](http://gopacnetwork.org/)n - was officially launched on 24 June 2014 as a call from business to Governments to address corruption and foster good governance in ways that advance the global development agenda.
