As much as you hate to admit it, every organization experiences turnover. It’s tough when a coworker loses a colleague or a manager is without their top employee. What’s even worse is that the [Bureau of Labor Statistics](http://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/jolts.pdf) reported that in April of 2015, a startling 2.7 million employees quit their job.
