Delivering History: FedEx Helps Bring Bison Latifrons to the Smithsonian

On Thursday, May 7, 2026, the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History will help mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with the opening of Bison: Standing Strong, an exhibition that explores the cultural, ecological, and historical legacy of bison from ancient times to the present.

Drawing from across the Smithsonian’s vast collections, the exhibition features fossils, mounted specimens, anthropological objects, and imagery that trace the species’ dramatic arc, from its deep evolutionary roots and central role in Indigenous cultures to its near extinction in the late 19th century and subsequent recovery. Smithsonian taxidermist William Temple Hornaday witnessed this devastation firsthand and helped spark national awareness through influential museum displays and living bison exhibits on the National Mall, later contributing to the founding of the National Zoo and the modern conservation movement. As Director Kirk Johnson notes, the bison’s story of decline and resurgence is a quintessentially American one, closely tied to the Smithsonian’s early leadership in conservation.

A major exhibition highlight is the dramatic inclusion of Bison latifrons, an extinct Ice Age giant whose horns span up to seven feet across. The fossilized skull, which is on loan from the Idaho Museum of Natural History courtesy of the Bureau of Reclamation, was transported cross country by FedEx to the Smithsonian for this exhibition. The Bison latifrons will soon offer visitors a powerful glimpse into the sheer scale and evolutionary history of bison in North America, underscoring how long these animals have shaped and been shaped by the landscape.

To learn more, go to Bison Standing Strong.

Click here to learn about FedEx Cares, our global community engagement program.

In living out our brand promise together, we can turn simple moments into lasting memories.”

These programs are part of Sands Academy’s full suite of offerings aimed at fostering advancement, which develop the whole person through both job and career training, as well as educational opportunities centered on mental, physical and social well-being.
Bridging Clients and Teams: Meet Andjela Arsic

Originally published on GoDaddy Resource Library

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your career journey to date.

My journey at GoDaddy began almost seven years ago when I joined as a WordPress Expert. Looking back, I can honestly say I didn’t have nearly as much knowledge or confidence as I do today, but what I did have was curiosity, determination, and an incredible team around me. With their support and a constant desire to learn, test, and improve, I grew more than I ever expected.

Before joining GoDaddy, I worked in roles that required strategic thinking, risk management, and strong communication between clients and internal teams. Those early experiences taught me how to stay calm under pressure, make thoughtful decisions, and understand different perspectives. At the time, I did not fully realize how important those skills would become in shaping my career.

Over time, I moved into a Senior WordPress Developer role, and that phase of my career helped me deepen my technical expertise and, just as importantly, strengthened my ability to understand clients beyond the technical request. I learned that solving problems isn’t just about the technical solution. It’s about understanding people, their frustrations, their goals, and what success looks like for them.

Eventually, that growth led me to my current role as a Website Solution Architect. Today, I get to combine everything I’ve learned - technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and communication - into one role. I work closely with clients to understand their vision, guide them through technical decisions, and design solutions that support their business goals.

For me, being a Solution Architect isn’t just about building websites. It’s about helping businesses feel confident in their online presence, translating complex technical ideas into clear direction, and creating something that truly works for them long-term.

And when I look back at where I started, I’m just grateful for the growth, the mentors, the challenges, and the journey that shaped me into the professional I am today.

You're described as a "link" between clients and the design/dev teams. What does that actually look like day-to-day, and why does that bridge matter?

On a day-to-day basis, my work is centered around communication and coordination. That can mean email conversations with potential clients we’re exploring projects with, ongoing communication with clients whose websites we’re currently building, scheduled meetings to align on goals, or internal team discussions.

Some days start with presales calls, understanding a client’s vision, their business challenges, and what they’re hoping their website will achieve. Other days are focused on revision calls, walking through a live build, gathering feedback, refining functionality, and making sure we’re moving in the right direction.

A typical day often looks like this: I speak with the client to fully understand their needs, goals, and expectations, not just what they say they want, but what they’re trying to accomplish long-term. Then, I take that information back to the development and design teams. We discuss practicality, technical considerations, scalability, timelines, and the best way to approach the solution.

Once we align internally, I bring that solution back to the client, clearly explained, realistic, and tailored to their business. My role is to make sure the technical direction supports their vision, and that their vision is translated into something that is not only buildable but also sustainable.

There’s a lot of back-and-forth in this role, and that’s exactly the point. The value of being the bridge is in the constant alignment. It’s about making sure nothing gets lost in translation, that expectations are clear, and that both sides feel heard and understood.

At the end of the day, my work is less about “managing a project” and more about creating clarity, helping clients feel confident in their decisions, and helping our internal teams build with purpose and direction.

What's been the biggest adjustment as you've stepped into your new role?

The biggest adjustment has been shifting my mindset from solving problems directly to designing the bigger picture.

In my previous roles, I was deeply hands-on. I focused on testing, implementing solutions, and making sure everything worked exactly as it should.

In my current role, I’ve had to step back and look at the bigger picture. Instead of just asking how something will be built, I now ask why we’re building it and whether it truly supports the client’s long-term goals.

Another adjustment has been embracing influence over execution. I’m not the one implementing every detail anymore. Instead, I help define the direction, align teams, and create clarity before the build even begins. That requires trust in the team, clear communication, and confidence in decision-making.

It also comes with greater responsibility. When you’re the bridge between clients and internal teams, you have to be comfortable having honest conversations. Sometimes that means setting realistic expectations. Sometimes it means guiding clients toward a different approach. And sometimes it means protecting the team’s time and focus.

Ultimately, the adjustment hasn’t just been about a new title. It’s been about evolving from a technical expert into a strategic partner. And while that shift challenged me at first, it’s also been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, so far.

How do you keep yourself motivated and inspired in your work?

For me, staying motivated has never been about constant excitement. It’s about staying connected to purpose.

That purpose comes from helping people grow their businesses through their websites. A website is never just a design or a technical build. It represents someone’s vision, their investment, and often their future. Knowing that my work can help a business attract customers, generate revenue, or operate more efficiently gives real meaning to what I do.

What inspires me most is the transformation. Taking an idea and shaping it into something functional, strategic, and ready to support real growth is incredibly rewarding.

Growth also plays a big role in keeping me motivated. I enjoy learning new tools and finding better ways to deliver results. Even when tasks become repetitive, I challenge myself to approach them more efficiently or more thoughtfully. That mindset keeps things dynamic.

Just as importantly, I believe motivation needs balance to be sustainable. Taking small breaks, stepping away to reset, and allowing myself space to think clearly helps me return with a fresh perspective. Staying inspired isn’t about pushing nonstop. It’s about maintaining energy in a way that lasts.

When I focus on the people behind the projects and the long-term impact of the work, motivation feels lasting and meaningful. It becomes something natural, not something I have to chase.

What differentiates GoDaddy from other companies in Belgrade?

What truly sets GoDaddy apart from other companies in Belgrade is its combination of global impact, strong culture, and trust in its employees.

GoDaddy operates on a global scale, supporting millions of customers worldwide, yet it empowers local teams in Belgrade to make meaningful contributions. Employees are not just executing tasks. They are influencing products, processes, and customer experiences that have worldwide reach. That level of responsibility and visibility is something not every company offers.

Another key differentiator is GoDaddy’s strong customer-first mindset.

The company genuinely focuses on helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed, not just selling products. That sense of purpose creates a work environment where impact matters.

GoDaddy also stands out because of the flexibility it offers. The ability to work from home reflects a high level of trust in employees. It shows that the company values accountability and results over micromanagement. That trust fosters independence, ownership, and a healthier work-life balance, which is extremely important in today’s work environment.

Lastly, GoDaddy invests in growth and development. There are opportunities to learn, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve, both technically and professionally.

Overall, it’s the combination of global reach, employee trust, flexibility, and strong culture that differentiates GoDaddy from many other companies in Belgrade.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m happiest in the simple moments, especially when I’m with the people and animals I love.

I have two dogs, and they’re a huge part of my life. I love taking them on walks and little hikes whenever I can. One of them is older now, so our pace isn’t always fast, and honestly, I’ve grown to appreciate that. Slowing down, catching sunsets after a walk, and just standing there for a few quiet minutes feels grounding. It helps me switch off from work and just be present.

I’m also a big fan of quiet rituals. Having coffee while watching the sunset or enjoying a slow morning helps me reset and reflect after busy days.

Spending time with friends and family is just as important to me. My three-year-old nephew brings so much joy and energy into my life. Being around him is fun, unpredictable, and refreshing all at once. He asks endless questions, brings so much energy into every moment, and constantly reminds me not to take life too seriously.

At the end of the day, I value simple, meaningful moments. They help me recharge, stay balanced, and appreciate what really matters.

Are you enjoying this series and want to know more about life at GoDaddy?
Global Reach, Local Impact

No matter the time zone, mentorship and the confidence to lead are universal factors in professional growth and advancement at Tapestry. That’s why the work of EmpowHER, the company’s first global Employee Business Resource Group, is so important.

“EmpowHER provides a platform where we can all thrive and help each other succeed,” says Denise Kulikowsky, Tapestry Chief People Officer and EmpowHER Executive Sponsor.

What began three years ago now includes more than 500 members across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As an international community, the EBRG is presented with a unique challenge of how to engage its members across geographies. For EmpowHER, the answer is simple: Think globally, execute locally.

“We’re one EBRG,” says Bridget Ryan, Tapestry Global Card Manager and EmpowHER Co-lead in North America. “But what employees are facing in APAC may be different than in North America. We’re all working toward the same messaging and goals, like supporting well-being, being inclusive and leadership development, but carrying them out locally based on our population, pillars, and communities.”

“[In the past] We worked more in silos,” says Rossella Schipani, HR Director of Field Sales Europe, based in Milan. “But since last year, with the help of Denise, we are much more connected to each other.”

BRINGING LEADERSHIP TO LIFE

In APAC, EmpowHER used this Women’s History Month to focus on programming supporting career growth and leadership.

From a virtual AI skill-building workshop to in-person financial literacy to a Fireside Chat featuring a senior leadership panel, the goal is to encourage and inspire employees, says Kelly Lin, Senior Vice President of Asia Supply chain and EmpowHER APAC Co-lead.
For Sarah Tang, Sr. Director of Enterprise Solutions and EmpowHER APAC Co-Lead, building leadership opportunities means cultivating a supportive ecosystem.

“Empowerment is not only about women,” she says. “With support from families, teams and allies, career advancement gains sustainable momentum. Caring for people’s lives is the deepest form of empowerment.”

CREATING SPACE FOR WELLNESS

When it comes to caring for people’s lives, nothing’s more important than conversations about mental health and wellness in the workforce across industries and gender. EmpowHER makes sure facilitating self-care is a priority in its programming.

In North America, EmpowHER hosted an Unscripted series on menopause, featuring a session with Dr. Sharon Malone.

“We had Dr. Sharon speak to us, and after the session, we shared knowledge in a way that felt like a normal conversation over brunch,” says Nita Stephens, Director of Enterprise Solutions at Tapestry and EmpowHER North America Co-lead.

The discussion let employees talk openly about their experiences in a way that doesn’t usually happen at work. The following month, EmpowHER partnered with Tapestry’s Working Parents & Caregivers EBRG for a conversation about infertility and IVF.

“A lot of people are going through things that others may not know about,” Stephens says. “We’re just opening up space where employees can remember we’re humans first.”

OPENING DOORS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

Beyond the workplace, EmpowHER members are inviting the next generation to explore career opportunities.

In Europe, Schipani reflects on a community initiative in suburban London where young women from The Baytree Center were invited to collaborate with Tapestry employees on a real product concept. Participants were challenged to innovate on a Coach or kate spade new york accessory, and present concepts to a panel of Tapestry leaders. This allowed them to try their hand thinking about product strategy and practice their presentation skills.

“For me it was very powerful,” Schipani says. “The creativity and energy these young women brought to the project was incredible and we enjoyed providing them with feedback.”

In New York City, EmpowHER partnered with the Lower East Side Girls Club to host recent graduates at Tapestry’s Hudson Yards headquarters. Participants toured showrooms, speed networked with employees, and were each gifted a Coachtopia bag.

“Just giving people opportunities to step into these rooms can make a big change in their life and their trajectory,” Ryan says.

And for employees, the experience was equally impactful. Says Ryan: “I got to see my coworkers from other EBRGs share knowledge, wisdom, career paths and hopefully make a difference to these students.”

SAME GOALS, DIFFERENT TIME ZONES

Through educational events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives, EmpowHER continues to gain momentum and empower members.

While issues may differ from region to region, the commitment to inclusion and highlighting important issues remains the same.

“Of course we cannot solve all the problems of the world,” Schipani says. “But we can start from our reality and our workplace.”

Jeff Towns: Leading With Experience, Safety, and Humanity at Blue Mountain

A dedication to diligence and hard work goes a long way toward a successful career. For Jeff Towns, that dedication has led to nearly four decades at Covia’s Blue Mountain plant in Ontario, Canada.

As production supervisor, Jeff Towns serves as the go-to person within the mill due to his extensive experience and the generations of team members he’s trained for the site. His career has been driven by Jeff’s impressive work ethic, and that commitment to hard work is part of what helped him discover Covia back in 1987.

A Family Connection

Back in the ‘80s, Jeff didn’t plan to have a lengthy career in mining. In fact, he didn’t even know the possibility existed until he met his wife, Suzanne.

At the time, Jeff was juggling two jobs. He would work at his construction job from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. before racing to a second job to pump gas and change tires for a few hours most evenings. Those lengthy days caught the attention of Bill Whitney, Suzanne’s father and former plant manager at Blue Mountain. He recognized Jeff’s work ethic and asked a simple question.

“How would you like to have one job?”

Jeff took that opportunity and started in the mill as a laborer. That decision turned into a career that’s now approaching 39 years, including 19 years as a production supervisor.

A Career Built on Hard Work

Jeff’s story is a steady, hands-on progression that started with learning how to run the mill one task at a time. Over time, Jeff came to know the operation so well that he can often see what’s coming before it happens.

According to Jeff, he’s done just about every job tied to the mill, including crushing, screening, and every other aspect of day-to-day production. That depth of experience has given him extensive knowledge that he can use to train others the same way he learned: by doing, observing, and understanding how the plant behaves in real conditions, not just on paper.

“There’s always a learning process with the introduction of new equipment,” Jeff explained. “Something will be put in place, and it looks good on paper, but it doesn’t work as expected in the field. We have to be able to make major changes quickly to achieve our production.”

Operational Pride at a Unique Deposit

To call Blue Mountain a large operation is an understatement. Jeff describes the mine site as “big like a football field,” except that this field is more than five levels and 400 feet deep. The plant moves roughly 10,000 tons of material per week in its busiest seasons, with a product lineup that spans nearly 20 products ranging from coarse sandblast materials to paint and coatings, industrial coatings, and functional fillers.

The sheer size of the 3,500-acre deposit isn’t the only notable aspect of Blue Mountain’s operation. The site is home to an extremely rare 99% pure nepheline syenite deposit, one of only two such deposits in the world. Jeff oversees the production of this versatile mineral all the way up to the moment when products are shipped, ensuring precision and consistency for Covia’s customers.

The site’s uniqueness extends beyond the plant walls. The Blue Mountain plant is in a remote part of Ontario, surrounded by lakes and forests. It’s an idyllic location that would have remained a secret to Jeff if not for his work.

“To be honest, I had no idea that this place existed until I met Suzanne,” Jeff admitted. “We’re in the middle of nowhere right near cottage country and it’s absolutely gorgeous.”

Dedication to Improvement

Covia has a long legacy of innovation, and Jeff is an excellent example of how our team’s dedication to modernization has been prevalent for decades.

Back in the 1980s, Jeff was already paying attention to how waste and recycled inputs could impact the final product. He was working in the lab at the time, conducting weight checks and sieve testing, and he kept thinking about how the plant could improve its recycling circuit.

“I always did extra samples, and I had this thought about the waste stream always in the back of my head,” Jeff shared. “It was 10 tons an hour going right out to the waste tank, so I did a sample to see if we could clean it up in the lab.”

His testing found that roughly 40% of the stream was usable material, meaning that four tons could potentially be recycled each hour. Jeff worked with the team on creating a process to use a magnetic separator to clean up the waste stream and collect the recyclable materials.

Jeff also played a role in the plant’s more recent expansion, a multi-year effort that began in 2018 and was completed in 2024. Part of that process included overhauling the sandblast circuit that had been in place since the ‘70s to recycle larger particles. Now in 2026, Jeff’s expertise has helped with equipment decisions, leading to a consolidated area and a simpler process.

Guiding a New Generation of Team Members

Jeff’s leadership style is practical, open-minded, and grounded in experience. That depth of knowledge is a welcome resource for anyone new to the Blue Mountain plant. Although Jeff admits that there is a generational gap between him and people coming into the workforce now, maintaining a people-first mindset is key in providing the support new team members need.

Communication across shifts is critical, in Jeff’s view. Morning meetings cover safety, production, and what’s happened since the last shift, and Jeff keeps conversations open and encourages people to share what they’re seeing.

Jeff also provides a steady presence for new employees during their early days while they become familiar with the plant. That process is part of a leadership philosophy that prioritizes safety.

“You have to remind them that safety is part of their job. It can be a challenging environment here with the dust, noise, cold, and heat, and we’re here to look after each other and have each other’s back.”

Life Outside the Blue Mountain Plant

While Jeff has a family connection to the Blue Mountain plant, he’s also a big proponent of leaving work at work. Jeff and Suzanne live on a 10-acre farm and take full advantage of the untouched natural environment that surrounds their home. Winter calls for long snowshoeing treks straight out the back door while summer invites kayaking trips and adventures in their camper.

The duo also enjoys a few notable hobbies that require equal parts care, curiosity, and a steady hand. Suzanne is an accomplished weaver who sells her work at various shows around the area. Jeff also shared that they maintain two beehives on their property.

“They’re our babies,” Jeffs said. “In the winter, I use bales of straw and hay to keep them well insulated, and you can walk by and listen to them humming along to keep themselves warm.”

A Legacy of Reliability

After nearly four decades, Jeff’s perspective on success is less about recognition and more about reliability. He strives to be dedicated and knowledgeable, which includes helping the people around him be as successful as possible.

Jeff Towns has helped shape Blue Mountain’s progress over generations of change, but his definition of a good day is still refreshingly simple: do the work well, take care of each other, and remember that being a good human is part of the job.

Why Traditional Evacuation Plans Fall Short in Hybrid Work Environments

Key Takeaways

Hybrid work presents a significant challenge for evacuation plans: When safety roles depend on specific people being present, remote workdays create dangerous gaps.

Pen-and-paper manual systems can become bottlenecks that slow down critical decision-making under pressure.

Shifting from departmental to compartmental thinking avoids the problem of placing responsibility on a single person and enables anyone in the building to help execute the plan. '

Modern facilities like data centers, multi-tenant buildings, and high-rises each present unique evacuation challenges that standard plans rarely address.

A strong evacuation plan protects people first and foremost, but it also safeguards your reputation, regulatory standing, and stakeholder trust when it counts most.

In the modern professional landscape, the traditional office is no longer a static environment. As organizations embrace flexibility, the foundational safety protocols that once seemed robust are now revealing dangerous cracks. If your role includes responsibility for a compliant evacuation plan, the first step is understanding exactly what you want to do with your people during an emergency.

The following exploration breaks down why traditional plans fail in a hybrid world and how a shift in thinking can protect your organization's most valuable asset: its people.

The Hybrid Work Conundrum: When Your Safety Net is Working from Home

The acceleration into hybrid working environments has rendered obsolete the traditional methods for training staff to carry out specific emergency roles. In the past, evacuation plans often relied on "Fire Wardens" or "Floor Marshals" -- specific individuals trained to sweep a department and report back.

However, training smaller, specific groups of people now leaves you at a significantly higher risk of having gaps in your plan. On any given Tuesday, your designated safety lead might be working remotely, leaving an entire wing of a building without an assigned clearing official. This creates a conundrum for EHS managers: do you leave your plan with these identifiable risks, or do you change your thinking entirely?

The High Cost of Guesswork: Lessons from a London Arts Complex

Not getting your evacuation strategy right leads to immediate confusion and potential tragedy. We experienced this first-hand during a meeting with the on-site team at a world-renowned arts and cultural complex in London. While the team was robustly defending their existing process, an unplanned evacuation occurred.

We witnessed their system fall apart in real-time. The ensuing chaos revealed a plan founded on guesswork and luck rather than usable information. There was a visible lack of training and ownership, and the "clipboard and pen" method—which many organizations still rely on—proved to be a major bottleneck during the crisis. While this specific incident was a false alarm without lasting consequences, it served as a stark reminder: when things go wrong, getting the right information quickly is key.

A Case for Accountability: The Somerset House Success Story

In contrast to the chaos of manual systems, Somerset House provides a powerful example of modern preparedness. They had recently installed a comprehensive TagEvac system throughout their building, supported by online training to ensure everyone was ready.

When a significant fire occurred at Somerset House -- an event that made international news -- the system's value was proven. Because the plan focused on a visual, accountable process rather than a person-dependent one, the building was managed effectively under extreme pressure. This success highlights the difference between a plan that looks good on paper and one that works when the alarm sounds.

Beyond the Office: Addressing Complex Safety Scenarios

Modern EHS planning must account for more than just a standard office layout. To build a successful and compliant plan, you must consider a variety of complex scenarios:

Multi-Tenanted Occupancy: Coordinating between different organizations where safety cultures and evacuation protocols may vary.

Data Centers & Secure Spaces: Managing lone workers in high-security data halls or environments where communication is inherently difficult.

Warehouses & Tall Buildings: Navigating the logistics of clearing massive floor plates or coordinating vertical evacuations in high-rise structures.

Evacuation vs. Invacuation: Ensuring your system can handle both clearing a building and "sheltering in place" during external threats.

Contractor & Visitor Management: Seamlessly integrating people who are not part of your daily workforce into your safety protocol.

Shifting the Strategy: From Departmental to Compartmental Thinking

A major flaw in traditional planning is "departmental thinking" -- the idea that safety is the responsibility of a specific group of people. In a hybrid world, you must transition to "compartmental thinking," where the focus shifts to clearing physical zones of a building.

By using a visual system like TagEvac, you empower anyone -- not just a trained warden -- to confirm a compartment is clear. This removes the single point of failure and ensures the process remains consistent regardless of who is in the building that day.

The Business Case for Modernized Evacuation Plans

A compliant and successful evacuation plan is not just about safety; it is a critical component of brand and operational resilience. A robust plan allows you to:

Maintain Corporate & Social Responsibility: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to protecting your "key asset" -- your people.

Avoid Brand Damage: Prevent the negative PR and loss of trust that follows a chaotic incident.

Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory requirements and avoid costly fines.

Prove Value to Stakeholders: Show employees and customers that you possess the credentials and care to manage a modern workspace safely.

Conclusion: Stop Guessing and Start Preparing

In an era of hybrid work and evolving threats, "guesswork and luck" are no longer acceptable components of an Emergency Action Plan.
How a Supplemental Insurance Safety Net Can Cover Any Path While You’re Growing Up

Originally published on Aflac Newsroom

Life is full of unexpected moments, and unique choices and conventional milestones, like getting married or starting a new job, can be bypassed or reached at different times by different people. No matter when, if or how you reach these milestones, it’s important to make sure the future you build for yourself is protected.

Supplemental insurance can help be an added safety net for any stage and any experience. Aflac offers insurance coverage that can help protect you and your loved ones, in various stages of life. Read on to see how supplemental insurance can be there for you.

Just turned 26

Turning 26 is an important milestone, though it rarely gets a special celebration. It is a key moment because, at this age, many young adults roll off their parents’ health care plans and may be navigating the world of insurance for the first time.

A great place to start is checking to see if your employer offers health care coverage. Major medical coverage helps take care of a wide range of health care costs, while supplemental insurance helps with expenses that may not be covered by major medical insurance, helping protect you from out-of-pocket costs.

Some employers offer supplemental insurance plans such as hospital indemnity coverage. This plan can help with costs related to going to the hospital, high deductibles and even with prescriptions. Because it pays cash benefits directly to you, unless otherwise assigned, it could help with many out-of-pocket expenses. Accident and cancer insurance are other types of coverage that you should ask about at work.

Helping protect your finances

Building a nest egg, whether for a child’s college fund, retirement or an emergency fund, is an important aspect of financial planning — equally important is how you protect your income. There are plenty of insurance options that can help play that role, whether you enroll through your employer, you own your own business or your workplace doesn’t offer supplemental insurance coverage.

For example, critical illness insurance is a great option for someone whose earnings play an important role in family finances. Its lump-sum benefits can help maintain financial stability in the face of a diagnosis. It is also a great fit for anyone with a family history of life-changing illnesses.

On the road

The road warrior lifestyle can look different for everyone along for the ride, whether it’s working freelance jobs and seasonal work or creating social media content about your travel journeys. There are a wide range of options to help protect that lifestyle, including accident, hospital or cancer insurance to enhance your major medical insurance.

Accident insurance can be a great fit for someone with a unique job that requires frequent travel or if you lead an active lifestyle, as it can help with a variety of out-of-pocket costs that arise after an injury as well as hospital stays. Accident insurance coverage can also give added peace of mind; you can apply for coverage, and there is no waiting period.

Becoming a caregiver

Caring for a loved one? The aging population in the U.S. is growing, and many millennials, in particular, are finding themselves in the position of caring for their children and their own parents at the same time. If this sound like you, part of a group referred to as the “sandwich generation,” there are various important, personal choices to make, including which supplemental coverage might be the right fit.

Life insurance can help provide financial security for your loved ones. There are different types of plans to choose from to meet your specific needs. Some policies may even offer an option to use funds now rather than after a loss and can help reduce financial burden in times of need.

Walk your own path

Different paths can take you to different places, but at the end of the day, having a safety net to help protect yourself from unexpected expenses can give added peace of mind.

To learn how Aflac can protect you in any stage of life, visit Aflac.com/resources.

Coverage is underwritten by American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus.
Rebuilding What Matters: DP World Delivers First New Home After Lirquén Fires

In Lirquén, Chile, recovery is beginning to take shape.

Just two months after wildfires destroyed homes and displaced families, DP World has delivered the first newly rebuilt house for an affected employee — marking a key milestone in the transition from emergency response to long-term recovery.

The home, built for employee Vanessa Carrasco Villegas and her family, is the first of many planned as part of DP World’s broader US$2.2 million reconstruction effort for their workforce in the region.

From Crisis Response to Long-Term Recovery

The January fires had a profound impact, with 166 DP World employees losing their homes either completely or partially. In response, the company moved quickly to provide immediate support while also committing to rebuild.

“DP World has been amazing. They’ve supported us from day one of this disaster… We are incredibly grateful,” said Vanessa Carrasco Villegas.

Worker representatives also emphasized the importance of the initiative in accelerating recovery and restoring stability for families.

Curtis Doiron, CEO of DP World in Chile, said: “Rebuilding these homes is about far more than replacing what was lost — it’s about investing in the long-term strength of our people and the communities where we operate. When our employees have stability, entire communities can recover and grow. This effort reflects our commitment to supporting not just immediate recovery, but the resilience and economic vitality of Lirquén for years to come.”

A Program Focused on People

The reconstruction effort is designed to deliver permanent, high-quality housing while helping families return to normalcy as quickly as possible.

166 homes supported

30 new builds

136 reconstructions

Built on employees’ original land

Delivered fully equipped with modern, resilient construction features

Rebuilding Homes and Community

The first home marks an important step, but the broader effort continues.

DP World is working alongside local stakeholders and employees to ensure reconstruction progresses quickly and effectively, supporting not just housing, but the long-term resilience of the community.

As additional homes are completed in the coming months, each will represent more than a physical structure. They will signal progress for families, for workers, and for a community rebuilding together.

In Lirquén, recovery is no longer just about what was lost, but about what is being rebuilt —one home at a time.

Learn more about DP World’s commitment to Lirquen recovery efforts

Storytime and Stocks

This story was originally published on the Truist Newsroom.

Teammate to Know: Craig Robinson

Investment advisor Craig Robinson had an “A-ha!” moment during his bedtime storytelling routine with his daughters, inspiring the Bull and Bear financial literacy series. He introduced his first book in April 2022.

Craig saw a gap in children’s books about money and investing, noting they lacked an essential element: “FUN!” His vibrant characters, Bull, the optimistic investor, and Bear, the cautious saver, make financial topics accessible for kids aged three to nine.

In honor of National Financial Literacy Month this April, Robinson was interviewed about his book and how it’s impacting young readers.

Describe the Bull and Bear series’ storyline?

The series brings essential financial concepts to life through engaging contrasting characters and rhyming text.

Bull is Mr. Investor—aggressive, tech-savvy, always seeking new ways to diversify, and eternally optimistic (a nod to the classic "bull market").

Bear is more old-school, preferring safe investments, often cautious, and still relying on the morning newspaper.

Here’s a synopsis of the books:

• "Race at the Big Board" introduces Bull and Bear and their two wildly different investment strategies.

• "Learn Piggy Banks’ Golden Rule" shows Bear how to save for a shiny red bike with the help of the new character: Piggy Banks.

• "Build a Bright Future with Bonds" helps Bull and Bear discover the importance of diversifying their portfolios with bonds, while also learning about giving and investing in their communities.

(All of the books contain a glossary of financial terms covered in the back.)

How did you come up with characters like Bull, Bear, Piggy Banks, and Eagle to explain financial concepts to kids?

I leveraged concepts that already exist in the financial world. We are (mostly) familiar with a Bull market which is when stock prices rise and a Bear market which is when stock prices fall. This illustrates opposing investment strategies.

A piggy bank is the most recognizable early lesson on saving; I also wanted to introduce a female character to the series. For the concept of a trusted advisor—which is my day job at Truist— an Eagle was the ideal symbol to represent the treasury and government finance, given its iconic status in the U.S. I simply took these existing ideas and gave them fun, engaging personalities.

How did you decide which topics were “just right” for young readers to grasp without oversimplifying?

I understand why concepts like investing, stocks, and bonds are often left out of school curriculums; they are complex. In my opinion, children don’t have to fully understand these advanced concepts; rather, they just need to be introduced to them in a friendly, non-intimidating way. Leveraging my background in investment advisory helped me simplify complex topics. For example, explaining saving and the need to earn money to get what you want (like in the Piggy Banks book) is a more relatable storyline for younger readers to grasp.

What’s one financial concept you thought would be hard to explain to kids—but found a creative way to make it click?

The stock market. Sometimes my daughters who are ages 9, 8 and 6 will see me watching business news channels or Chief Investment Officer and Chief Market Strategist Keith Lerner on TV and they shout out, “Look, it’s Bull’s day!” The association they make between green up arrow to symbolize markets rising and the Bull character is incredibly strong at that age. While they might not fully grasp investment types, they get the fundamental concept that some days are "Bull days" (stocks going up) and some are "Bear days” (stocks going down). Seeing that color association clicking for them showed me that the character approach was the right strategy.

What’s a moment when you saw your books spark a real financial conversation between a child and their parent or teacher?

I (know a reader) who is one of the biggest fans of my books who bought it when it was first published in 2022 for his 5-year-old. Now, years later, his child asks if he can read the book(s) to him instead, and he’s opening a custodial account for his son, so they can buy and track stocks together. That, to me, is the ultimate success. It's about normalizing money as a topic at home that everyone can discuss. That’s how we initiate real change—by starting the education and conversations early.

How do you hope your books shape the way kids think about money as they grow into adulthood?

My ultimate hope is that they make an investment early and learn to navigate the equity and fixed income markets and other financial opportunities without fear or a lack of confidence. If they establish a strong foundation—ways to earn money, maintaining a savings account, giving to charity, and perhaps holding an investment portfolio— then they've already proven how much they've gotten out of the series. They will be on a path to fulfilling their own financial destiny.

What do you do for work?

I work as an institutional investment manager in Truist Wealth’s Institutional Investment management group. I help nonprofit clients manage their investments and create strategies so they can reach both their short-term and long-term financial goals.

To read the full interview, click here.

How To Go ‘Beyond Words’ With Acts of Compassion and Kindness

“Beyond Words” is a story of kindness, empathy and friendship, teaching readers of all ages to express compassion without needing to say a word. The book follows Buddy as he discovers how to support a friend coming home from the hospital.

If you have a friend or loved one in need, it can be difficult to figure out what to do or say. Whether they have received a diagnosis, are recovering from an accident or are facing another kind of need, you want to support them in a truly helpful way, but perhaps you’re not sure how.

In honor of Children’s Book Day, read below to get some tips on how you can reach out to someone in your life — of any age — who might need a helping hand that goes beyond words.

Reach out and listen to what your loved one says in return

As overwhelming as it can be to figure out what to say, simply reaching out is a great way to start. Whether it’s a phone call, a text or a fun, handwritten card, they need a reminder that they aren’t alone. Health concerns can be scary and isolating for everyone, but especially for a younger person. It’s also important to just listen. Your loved one could be feeling a wide range of emotions right now, not all of which are comfortable or have answers.

Instead of focusing all the feelings on one conversation, try having steady communication about their health.1 That way, it’s less overwhelming for them and for you. It also allows them time to find the words for what they’re feeling and takes into account that feelings change over time. However often you have the conversation, make sure to be honest. A truthful, genuine conversation might also help a child — or any loved one — feel as though they are being heard and supported.1

Take on a few items on their to-do list

When the time comes for action, that can be confusing, too. Where do you start?

For the adults in your life who are working with changes in their health, think of their to-do list. From taking care of the laundry, running errands like grocery shopping or getting their car detailed, to walking their pup, the important thing is helping to take a bit of the load off their backs. You can also make it a group effort.2 Reach out to other friends and family members and get a schedule or a list going. That way, you can avoid burnout yourself, and you can also remind your loved one that they have a whole community rallying behind them.

For friends of any age, it’s important to continue to make them feel included in social settings.3 If they’re up to it, invite them out somewhere, whether it’s going to see a movie, heading to the mall or just taking a walk in the park. Don’t make an assumption about what they are capable of doing. Reach out and see what they would like to do.

Give the gifts they really need

Apart from your time, people dealing with health issues could also use simple, practical gifts. It doesn’t have to be anything big, whether in actual size or price tag. A pair of fuzzy slipper socks, a fluffy blanket or a comfortable bathrobe can bring them literal, tangible comfort at a time when they need it the most.

Kids especially might rely on toys or games at this time. Offer a fidget toy to keep their hands and minds busy, or some slime or silly putty to enable them to be creative without using up a lot of energy. Grab a coloring book and some markers when a more relaxing, slow-paced activity is required.4

You can also make it personal by making a basket of their favorite snacks, along with a book by an author they like, lotion or a scented candle in their favorite scent, or a journal so they have a safe space to vent their feelings. Whatever you offer, these simple little gifts can serve as a reminder that you’re thinking of them.

How ‘Beyond Words’ can help

“Beyond Words” is a great way to explore meaningful ways to show love and compassion without saying a word.

Originally published on PSEG ENERGIZE!

The end of 2025 and start of 2026 hasn’t exactly been gentle for New Jersey. Mother Nature came out swinging with back-to-back states of emergency, major weather events, and trying conditions for customers, employees and utility infrastructure alike.

Since late December through mid-March, our state faced a lengthy period of extreme weather. Sleet. Heavy snow. Record-breaking cold. Powerful winds. Even an earthquake and a tornado warning.  A  relentless stretch of extreme weather that put our systems to the test. And through it all, our employees worked around the clock to support our customers and keep communities safe.

 Strong systems. Stronger response.

Despite punishing conditions — severe winds, heavy snowfall and frigid temperatures — our energy system held strong.

Just over 4% of our electric customers experienced nominal power loss during major storm events this past winter.

During these winter weather events, our teams delivered where it mattered most:

Restoring service to more than  99,650 customers.

Responding to over  10,000 gas emergencies and no-heat calls.

Handling approximately 1,800 no-heat calls per day during the coldest stretch.

Ready to be there — no matter the forecast

Through these harsh conditions, our employees remained focused on restoring service safely.

Working safely through snow,  ice and freezing temperatures, they:

Replaced or repaired over 1,250 pieces of storm-damaged equipment.

Mobilized thousands of employees, union partners,  contractors and mutual aid crews.

That coordination didn’t stop at our state lines. Once local restoration was complete, mutual aid crews were released to support neighboring utilities — because resilience is a shared effort.

Behind every restoration is preparation

When storms cause damage and power disruptions, we work hard to replace poles, restore wires and bring service back online.

What makes fast restoration possible starts long before the first storm warning. We’ve made strategic investments over the last decade — investing $30 billion to strengthen the safety and reliability of our gas and electric infrastructure.

We also prepare year-round for major weather events, including:

Storm simulations and training.

Physical response drills with municipal partners and first responders.

Strategic equipment staging.

Tree trimming around our facilities as part of vegetation management.

Ongoing system upgrades.

It’s the behind-the-scenes work that strengthens the grid so when extreme weather hits, our system is ready.

Reliability you can see — and feel

This winter demonstrated what long-term investment can really do.

Our customers experienced fewer,  shorter outages. We also saw fewer pipe breaks and low-pressure issues than during past cold snaps, with an average of 4.4 cast iron breaks per day, compared to 16 per day during the 2018 deep freeze.

These outcomes reflect the impact of sustained infrastructure investment and system modernization — improving performance under stress, increasing public safety and strengthening overall system resilience.

Reliability during extreme weather isn’t just about service — it’s about reducing risk for the communities and systems that depend on it.

Staying connected through it all

Even in the toughest conditions, staying connected matters.

Throughout the winter, more than 250,000 customer calls were answered during declared storm events, alongside ongoing updates, safety guidance and real-time information shared across our social media, email and text.

Jersey Ready, always

Winter tested us — and we showed up.

Crews, union partners and teams across the state worked with skill and care to help keep homes warm and businesses running. Our customers played a role too, helping crews safely access homes and neighborhoods when it mattered most.

That partnership is what keeps everything moving.

Because being Jersey Ready means preparing for anything, responding to everything and putting safety first — every time.

No matter the forecast.
Empowered to Build Better: Meet Venelin Krastev

Originally published on GoDaddy Resource Library

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your career journey to date.

Hello, I am Venelin. I am based in Sofia, Bulgaria. My career began in Technical Support, where I built a strong foundation in understanding customer problems and real-world system behavior. Over time, I moved deeper into infrastructure and operations and joined GoDaddy as a System Administrator. Working hands-on with production systems at scale naturally pushed me toward reliability-focused work and into Site Reliability Engineering.

What drew you to Site Reliability Engineering at GoDaddy? What keeps you engaged?

GoDaddy stood out to me because of the scale and impact of its platforms. Supporting products that millions of customers rely on every day makes reliability more than a technical goal - it becomes a responsibility. The opportunity to work on complex systems while continuously improving how they're built and operated is what initially drew me to the role.

What keeps me engaged is the variety. No two days are ever the same. Some days are focused on incident response and learning from what went wrong, while others are about proactive work like improving automation, observability or system resilience. I enjoy working at the intersection of engineering and operations, where thoughtful improvements can prevent entire classes of issues.

Just as important is the collaboration. Partnering closely with development and platform teams keeps the role dynamic and reinforces the idea that reliability is a shared responsibility.

How do you balance the tension between moving fast with new features and maintaining rock-solid reliability?

I see reliability as something that enables speed over the long term, not something that slows teams down. Moving fast without the right foundations often leads to more work later through incidents or accumulated technical debt.

At GoDaddy, we try to think about reliability early rather than as an afterthought. Clear service goals, good monitoring and smart automation help teams move quickly while still feeling confident about what they're shipping. And when issues do happen, we're set up to catch them early and recover fast.

What has been your most significant learning experience within the past year?

One of my biggest learning experiences has been gaining a deeper understanding of how complex systems behave during real-world incidents, especially how hidden dependencies surface under stress. Post-incident reviews have been invaluable, not only for technical insights but also for improving communication and decision-making during high-pressure situations.

I've also spent a lot of time strengthening automation and self-healing mechanisms, which has reinforced how much reliability improves when manual intervention is reduced.

If you had to describe GoDaddy's culture in one word, what would it be and why?

Empowering.

GoDaddy encourages ownership, curiosity and continuous learning. Engineers are trusted to take responsibility for their systems, challenge assumptions and improve things incrementally.

There's a strong sense that reliability and quality are collective responsibilities, which creates an environment where people can grow and make meaningful impact.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I love spending time in the mountains. Whether I'm hiking, running, or skiing, these activities help me disconnect and recharge. I also practice the Wim Hof Method, including breathing techniques and cold exposure, which has been a great way to build focus, resilience, and mental clarity.

That balance between deep technical problem-solving and time outdoors helps me stay grounded, energized and ready to take on new challenges.

Are you enjoying this series and want to know more about life at GoDaddy?
Building Confidence and Community: Meet Athira Nambiath Asokan

Originally published on GoDaddy Resource Library

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your career at GoDaddy.

I'm Athira, a Software Developer based in Kirkland, Washington. I'm originally from Kerala, a small state in India, and I moved to the U.S. to pursue my master's at Arizona State University. Today, I work on the Front of Site team, focusing on Add to Cart and Pricing.

I recently completed five years at GoDaddy, and it's been an incredible journey of growth. When I moved to the U.S., I wanted challenges, learning, exposure, and the chance to meet people from different backgrounds. GoDaddy has given me exactly that. I have learned new technologies, worked with teams across the company, understood how our Add to Cart flow works end‑to‑end, and gotten hands‑on experience with the pricing logic and rules that shape customer experience.

A big part of my growth at GoDaddy has come from our Employee Resource Group, GoDaddy Women in Tech (GDWIT). I first joined as a member, then moved into the Leadership Council. Today, I'm proud to serve as the Co‑Vice President of GDWIT. I have been actively involved with the GDWIT mentorship program since it launched in 2023, and it's something I still care deeply about. And if you have ever used the GDWIT Valentine's Slack workflow that pops up every February - yes, I'm one of the co‑creators of that fun little tradition!

GDWIT has given me a community, a sense of belonging, and so many opportunities to connect with incredible women across the company.

What inspired you to pursue a career in the tech industry?

For me, it started with solving problems. Like many engineers, I get a certain happiness from debugging something or figuring out a tricky issue. Over time, that joy turned into wanting to build things that make people's lives easier or more enjoyable.

Technology keeps evolving, and there is always something new to learn. That constant change, the creativity behind building solutions, and the thrill of learning something new, that's what inspires me.

Who is one mentor or public figure that has influenced your professional journey?

I have had many great mentors in my career, and there are public figures I admire, as well. However, the person who consistently influences me the most is my husband. He has been a steady pillar in my life. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, he helps me break down problems that seem huge into smaller, manageable pieces, and then we tackle them together.

Having a supportive partner can make a big difference in your professional life. And since he is also an engineer, it's always fun to talk through challenges, joke about agile ceremonies, and laugh at all the corporate jargon we secretly enjoy using.

What's the most challenging yet rewarding thing you've worked on at GoDaddy?

Challenges always feel huge when you are in the middle of them, but once you have gotten through them, they don't seem so intimidating anymore.

During my second year at GoDaddy, I led a large project to modernize the legacy Add to Cart service. It required migrating everything from an old system to a new one, making major code changes, coordinating with a team, and working with contractors. There were definitely moments when I thought: "This is too much."

But finishing that project taught me so much. And now, if you asked me to do the same thing again, I wouldn't find it nearly as overwhelming. It's one of those moments that helped shape my confidence as an engineer.

What advice would you give to employees who want to get involved in GDWIT?

If you are looking for community, connection, or a sense of sisterhood, GDWIT is the place to be. You don't have to take on a big role to get started - just show up. Attend a fireside chat or panel, join conversations in Slack, or even drop a few reactions in the #gdwit channel.

Small steps lead to bigger connections. And before you know it, you will feel part of the community.

What's your motto or personal mantra?

Keep the curiosity alive. Keep learning. Keep stepping outside your comfort zone. That's where growth happens.

Are you enjoying this series and want to know more about life at GoDaddy?
The Key to a Long Lifecycle: How Doug Burds Drives Circularity in HVAC

Doug Burds is the program manager teams call when they’re stumped. “I’ve been around so dang long that the teams I support reach out just to say, ‘I know you may not be the right person, but I know you'll know who’ll know this.’"

They’re right.

After three decades at Trane Technologies, Doug has become one of the company’s go-to experts for extending the life of HVAC systems, a practical form of circularity that keeps valuable equipment working longer instead of replacing it outright.

His expertise has also made him a trusted resource across the company. Today, he supports 150 commercial sales offices and roughly 700 service salespeople across North America, drawing on decades of accumulated knowledge to help teams find the right solutions for their customers.

Finding a home in the service business

Doug didn’t set out to become the person everyone calls for answers. After studying industrial technology at the University of Northern Iowa, Doug began his career designing refrigerated semi-trailers at one of the industry’s leading manufacturers. He later moved to another technology and engineering company before joining Trane Technologies.

“I wasn’t looking for another job,” Doug recalls. “But a recruiter called and said Trane® was looking for product managers. I knew it was a good company, and I grew up just down the river from La Crosse. So, I said, let’s take a look.”

Three decades later, Doug has built his career in the service side of the business, where he feels most connected to the work. “I love the people in the service business,” he says. “You get the technicians and account managers, and you’re dealing directly with the customers using our equipment. That’s where I feel most comfortable.”

It’s also where the work is constantly evolving. “What I love most about my job is I never know what an account manager is going to call and request. They’ll say, ‘Hey Doug, my customer has this situation — what can we offer them?’ It’s different every single time, even though the purpose is the same.”

"It could be a $10,000 project or a $1.5 million one. My job is to help our sales teams figure out what makes sense for the customer."

Rethinking replacement

In the past, the default was generally replacement. “But it’s not like that anymore,” Doug says. “That way of thinking has become unsustainable from a price and environmental standpoint.”

In recent years, Doug has seen a noticeable shift in customer mindset. Today, much of his work focuses on helping customers extend the life of existing equipment. “We have a lot of customers who are choosing to keep what they have. Sometimes it’s a dollar decision, but increasingly it’s a sustainability decision.”

This attitude shift has changed the role Doug plays. Today, his job is less about suggesting a single solution and more about helping teams navigate available options. “I’ll say ‘maybe we can replace a few of these units, but with the others, we can change out the compressors, keep the existing unit and put in new controls to have the chiller run more efficiently.”

Renewal through circularity

Prolonging equipment life generally involves more frequent servicing. “It’s like your car. If you don’t want it breaking down in a snowstorm, you’ll need to proactively decrease the likelihood of that happening by replacing the parts that need replacing.”

Being pre-emptive is what Trane’s R’newal program is all about. Designed to restore aging HVAC equipment like chillers and self-contained units, the program allows customers to keep the foundation of the equipment intact while high-value components continue circulating.

“A big part of our R’newal program is about proactive service,” Doug explains. “We keep that same piece of equipment in place. We replace the wear items — the gaskets, the bearings, the O-rings — modernize what needs modernizing and keep it running.” So, instead of an entire unit heading to the scrap yard, it stays in service longer. This approach, Doug says, can increase the lifespan of a customer’s equipment for at least an extra 10 years.

"We worked on a chiller in San Francisco last year that was manufactured in 1967. We put a new, a retrofit control panel on it and it’s still operating."

Thirty years and counting

In a company focused on keeping valuable assets in play, its people are no exception. “I never thought I’d be here for 30 years,” Doug says, “But it’s not that unusual within Trane Technologies. There’s a guy on my team, Bob, who I’ve worked with for 27 years. He’s retiring in June, and he’s been with the company for 45 years.”

When asked why he thinks so many people stay, he believes it all comes down to core values and authenticity. “It’s just a good company to its core.”

"When it comes to sustainability, Trane Technologies is actually walking the walk. A lot of companies talk about it, but you’d be hard pressed to see them follow through. But Trane Technologies does. It always has."

For Doug, that commitment doesn’t stop when the workday ends. “Everything that we do in our jobs has sustainability built in,” he says. “Every new product and every customer interaction has sustainability at the center. It carries over from your job into your daily life. It makes you see things differently.”

That perspective shapes how he thinks about equipment lifecycles, waste and resource use. Instead of seeing aging systems as something to discard, Doug naturally looks for ways to extend their value. That consistency shows up everywhere in the company — from the Gigaton Challenge to circularity initiatives to the everyday culture of collaboration. “There’s so much talent and experience in this company,” Doug says. “You can always find someone ready to help you.”

Don’t wait. Jump in

After so many years at Trane Technologies, Doug has seen how institutional knowledge compounds. Experience builds on experience, relationships deepen and networks strengthen. But Doug doesn’t romanticize this longevity. “30 years goes by so quick,” he says. That’s why he encourages younger employees not to hesitate. “Don’t be afraid to take a chance,” he says. “Just jump out and do it. Don't wait. Explore all the different things Trane Technologies has to offer.”

Doug has taken advantage of many of those opportunities himself over the years. He completed every product management training course and participated in countless customer and sales-focused classes, experiences that helped him better understand how different parts of the business connect. “It’s good training, and it helps you see what’s happening across the company,” he says. “There’s so much to do here. Why wouldn’t you grab the chance to do something different?”

The future is ours to create. - Explore careers that make an impact at Trane Technologies
