World's Most Ethical Companies Informational Webinar Featuring Dan Amos, Chairman and CEO of Aflac


The Ethisphere Institute will be hosting a live 45 minute conference call on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. EST to further elaborate on the World’s Most Ethical Companies Ranking and the related methodology. Alex Brigham, Executive Director of the Institute, will be joined by Dan Amos, Chairman and CEO of Aflac, who will be providing insights on the benefits of the WME designation. Aflac has been named to the list of World’s Most Ethical Companies four years in a row.

The announcement of the World’s Most Ethical Companies Rankings will coincide with this year’s third annual Global Ethics Summit which will take place March 15-16, 2010 at the Westin New York at Times Square. The companies designated as the 2011 World’s Most Ethical Companies will be honored at an awards dinner the night of March 15, in addition to being featured in the Q1 edition of the quarterly Ethisphere magazine.
Companies that have previously earned the designation of being among the World’s Most Ethical Companies include General Electric, Starbucks, American Express, PepsiCo, Google and Aflac, among others.

The selection process for Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies Ranking is based on Ethisphere’s proprietary rating system, the Ethics Quotient (EQ). Once a company is nominated, they are invited to complete Ethisphere’s EQ Survey.

All completed surveys are to be submitted electronically and are due no later than December 17, 2010.
