Ensuring Easy Access to Care
We have taken action to ensure easy access to affordable care and streamline processes for administering health care for members, health care providers, customers, employers and consumers.
Supporting Vulnerable Populations
We are providing assistance to our most vulnerable populations, including older adults, individuals who are uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in hard hit communities in the United States and around the world.
Protecting the Health Care Workforce and Strengthening the Care Delivery System
We are collaborating with national organizations to provide resources to meet the clinical, emotional and mental health needs of frontline workers; and we are responding to the strain on liquidity many provider practices are experiencing as a result of the pandemic.
Advancing Breakthrough Innovation
We are leveraging our clinical knowledge, expertise and resources to help develop and advance innovations to fight COVID-19 – actively working with partners on new treatments, testing procedures and lifesaving equipment.
Caring for Team Members and Their Families
We have taken steps to ensure the safety of our 325,000 team members and their families, providing them with resources and support as they continue to serve the members, patients and customers who depend on us.
