Colorado State University's Institute of the Built Environment teamed up with the Colorado Rockies and ARAMARK, the Rockies' exclusive food and beverage partner, to introduce a new sustainable garden at Coors Field, believed to be the first of its kind in baseball.

“Our institute appreciates the opportunity to create a sustainable garden at Coors Field. Students from various CSU programs have a chance to experience sustainable landscape design, organic horticulture, ‘farm-to-table’ concepts, and many other applied sustainable practices, thanks to our partnership with ARAMARK and the Colorado Rockies,” said Brian Dunbar, director of the IBE.
