Southside Cottage Grill creates a thriving business by combining community involvement, charity work, and their overall business aspect together.

This restaurant takes a standard menu, and puts a creative spin to it. Showing a customer how they can help a charity by simply ordering an item brings a fresh perspective to one’s restaurant experience. They have created a special Charity Menu in which each item is affiliated with organizations such as ArtHouse, The Diabetes Association, and The Oakville Fire Department. One dollar from each purchase is given to it’s designated charity. Southside Cottage Grill owner, Paul Teague states, “We are trying to create a business with a community driven function.” full article
