PepsiCo Mexico Foods Celebrates Achievements on its Commitment of Zero Accidents

The Merida plant, an operation of PepsiCo Mexico Foods, recently celebrated 1,000 days with zero accidents and lost time injuries (LTI), demonstrating a commitment to the safety of its people.

Through strong collaboration and the implementation of the Global System for Health and Safety, the Merida team surpassed goals in guaranteeing the safety of associates. The program is part of a broader initiative by PepsiCo Mexico Foods to recognize exemplary sites that go above and beyond in their commitments to health and safety. Earlier this month, the region honored nearly 20 facilities for their efforts.
