PepsiCo Argentina Presents First Sustainability Report

PepsiCo Argentina recently published the results of its activities related to sustainability, social responsibility and business commitment in the region's first Sustainability Report. The report provides information on PepsiCo Argentina's two business units and describes activities during 2010.

The Sustainability Report's five chapters describe the company’s activities in: Performance, the community, and Human, Environmental and Talent Sustainability. Several themes are addressed throughout the report, including:
  • The history of the company and its mission, vision and values

  • The development of the PepsiCo Foundation and its community programs

  • Extension of the food and beverage portfolio, the addition of new ingredients and responsible product advertising

  • Environmental commitment including recycling indicators and programs

  • Training of collaborators, compensation, special benefits, career development and work environment
