NN Group's 2015 Annual Report: Accelerating Change
The 2015 Annual Report provides an integrated review of the performance ofNN Group. It consists of three distinct sections – Annual Review, Financial Report and Sustainability Supplement.The report provides extensive information on NN Group’s strategy, financial and non-financial performance and future prospects, in a way that reflects the economic, environmental and social contexts in which our company operates.
We made a next step towards integrated reporting by better explaining how our business model creates value for all stakeholders. To realise this, we developed a simplified visualisation using the framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) as starting point.
NN Group's purpose is to help people secure their financial futures. By understanding the global trends society faces and the impact these developments have on its customers and on its business, NN Group can contribute to a healthy economy as well as a stable society. We focus our efforts on improving people's financial well-being and further integrating environmental, social and governance factors in our investment processes.
Going forward, NN Group wants to remain responsive, be more agile and accelerate change. As such, innovation is at the core of the company’s strategy for the years to come. Digitalisation, developing products to anticipate new demands and finding other ways to distribute products are essential to improving the service NN Group offers to our customers and to retain a leading position in the markets in which we operate.

- Strengthened embedding of sustainability in NN Group’s procurement process
- NN Group was CO2 neutral throughout 2015
