The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recognized Jones Lang LaSalle with a 2012 ENERGY STAR Sustained Excellence Award, in recognition of our continued leadership in energy efficiency. Sustained Excellence is EPA’s term for organizations that qualify as ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for three consecutive years. 

Today, our firm manages more than 1250 properties with ENERGY STAR ratings, representing over 230 million square feet. More than 150 of those properties have gained ENERGY STAR labels in the past year.
