#DardenDigest: Making Campus Connections

One of the benefits of working in the restaurant industry is the ability to work a flexible schedule that allows for other activities, such as going to school. We are always looking for students who want to pursue careers in the hospitality industry and hope that they’ll jump start their career journeys with Darden and continue to grow with us. One of the ways we look for the next generation of restaurant leaders is to recruit students from hospitality programs. Recently, Darden’s recruiting team traveled to Saint Louis, Missouri, for the 25^th annual National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH) National Conference where we got to meet many eager and smart students from around the country.
