Caterpillar Sculpture Contest Welds Team Relationships

Four teams of approximately fifteen welders had the opportunity to showcase their skills by participating in a competition to design and create unique metal sculptures. The finished products were displayed at the Caterpillar Visitors Center in January 2016.
