She has extensive experience assisting clients with utility master planning and developing funding and capital improvement programs.

Tracey Dubuque has worked with Tetra Tech for more than 15 years. She began her career as an engineer working in Tetra Tech’s remediation group. In 2013, she became the practice leader for Tetra Tech’s onshore wind program.
