Great Place to Work®, a global leading institute in workplace culture assessment and recognition, has named CNH Industrial China (wholly owned entities) as one of the ‘Best Workplaces in Greater China™’.

Certification is determined via a twofold assessment, a Trust Index© employee survey measuring employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust, and a Culture Audit© questionnaire submitted by the Company outlining its current practices and policies. To be considered eligible for the Best Workplaces in Greater China™ List, companies must score above a threshold of 70% in the overall result of the Trust Index© employee survey and meet other standard requirements and the Culture Audit© assessment.

CNH Industrial China’s key strengths included promoting a culture of inclusivity as well as enabling employees to work in multi-national teams from diverse backgrounds. It was noted that the Company also fosters a sense of belonging in the workplace, alongside with the recognition that employees take pride in their collective accomplishments and are willing to go above and beyond to support their teams. In addition, facilities ensure good and safe working environments and enjoy high levels of employee engagement across functions and locations.

“It is thanks to the commitment and dedication of our employees that we have managed to receive this important recognition from Great Place to Work®. Only if we believe and share our Company values can we achieve success and make CNH Industrial China a best place to work! We are committed to working hard continuously to further enhance our employee engagement and experience,” said Luca Mainardi, Country Manager China, CNH Industrial.
