Avoid the Traps of the Sustainability Waiting Game

Does your company take the lead in its industry, or does your business typically wait to see how the competition responds before taking action?  In our sustainability consulting, we find business leaders, especially in these challenging economic times, are often leery to over commit resources and capital.  While this may seem like the safe play, chances are the company may be actually increasing business risk and directly affecting the competitive position of the organization.
