AECOM Sets the Trend in Safety: Caterpillar Safety Award

AECOM employees in China were recognized by Caterpillar for achieving zero incidents in 1 million hours worked during 2011 and 2012.

AECOM was recognized for its safety practices by Caterpillar — marking the first time the manufacturer formally recognized a consultant with a Safety Award for facility development projects in China. The award commends AECOM for achieving zero incidents in 1 million hours worked during 2011 and 2012, while acting as construction manager for four Caterpillar projects in China.
